Interior decorator /Showroom assistant

Innovative Curtains & Blinds have an exciting opportunity for highly driven and ambitious consultants. We are seeking someone with the skills to help our customers select their internal & external finishes for their project or house.

You'll be an important part of the team, representing a stunning product as you coordinate the day to day running of the showroom.

We have Full time and Part time positions available. 

Daily duties would include:

  • Interact with clients to promote the company + products

  • Communicate your knowledge of the Curtains and blinds + link that to the client's needs

  • Putting together quotes for clients

  • Handling telephone enquiries and making appointments

  • Ensure that the showroom is well presented throughout the day

  • Great communication skills – engaging, warm + understanding appropriate to a showroom/retail environment

  • Ability maintain company procedures

  • Positivity + Enthusiasm - you'll be promoting the product + company image (which won't be hard, it's beautiful)

Bonus attributes:

  • A love of soft furnishings

  • Relevant experience in a customer focused environment (retail or hospitality)

  • Experience in Microsoft office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Willing to work evey Saturdays

  • Experience in administration, quoting, just keeping everything in check

  • Highly motivated
