We recently had some motorised rollers and curtains fitted at our house and have felt that we should give you our feed back on your service and quality of your products. When we telephoned you your customer service lady requested that we come into your showroom as we were covering every window in our home, as it was newly built and the fact that we were spending a large amount she insisted that we come in to the showroom to look at the quality and workmanship this would had to of been the best thing we did as we were completely aware of the exact product that we were getting. Your consultant mentioned that the majority of the work that your company does has been through referals and past customers I strongly believe this now as my dealings with your company have been nothing less than excellent. Your installer Alan was verry proffessional he laid out fabric under the ladder and tools vacumed after his work was completed which I beieve showed a level of service that should be offered by every company.
